Course Overview
Mindfulness doesn’t require silence, special beliefs, or hours of meditation.
It starts with something much simpler: learning how to notice what’s happening — in your body, your mind, and your everyday life — without trying to fix or force anything.
Applied Calm: An Introduction to Mindfulness is a gentle, accessible course designed for people who are new to mindfulness, curious but unsure, or convinced they’re “bad at meditation.” You don’t need any prior experience, and you don’t need to change anything about yourself to begin.
Rather than offering abstract theory or spiritual explanations, this course focuses on practical skills you can use right away — during moments of stress, distraction, or overwhelm, and in ordinary daily activities.
This is not about becoming perfectly calm. It’s about developing awareness, steadiness, and a more supportive relationship with your own experience.
