Applied Calm is a brand operated by PraiseLine LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.


Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable files
  • Audio recordings
  • Worksheets
  • PDFs

are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after delivery.


Online Courses

For online courses, refunds may be available under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase
  • Access to no more than 10% of the course content
  • No certificates or completion credentials have been issued

If these conditions are not met, the purchase is considered final.


Subscription or Membership Products

If Applied Calm offers subscriptions or memberships in the future:

  • Billing terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be specified on the product page

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Loss of access to purchased content
  • Suspension of your account

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical issues preventing access that we are unable to resolve

Granting an exception does not guarantee future refunds.
